​Welcome to Nashville AI Builders, a high-intensity builder competition where you ship a real AI product fast—then demo it to judges, mentors, and the Nashville startup ecosystem.
​This kickoff event is hosted at Vanderbilt University’s Engineering & Science Building and is designed for makers who want to build, iterate, and launch—not just talk about AI.
​What you’re building
​Bring an idea (or find one here), form a team, and build an AI product that works:

• ​AI agents + automations
• ​LLM apps + RAG + evals
• ​Voice / multimodal apps
• ​B2B workflow tools, consumer apps, devtools, anything shippable

​The competition format

• ​Build sprint: fast onboarding → build → iterate
• ​Mentor lanes: unblock architecture, model choice, UX, and “how to ship”
• ​Demo Night: lightning demos + judging + awards
• ​Ecosystem access: meet other builders, founders, and potential sponsors/recruiters

​Who should come
​Engineers, designers, PMs, founders, students, tinkerers—anyone who can help ship. New to AI? You’ll learn by building. Experienced? Bring the heat.
