Looking to find more ways to boost your immune system? You have found the right place.
Studies show that a healthy immune system is a key to fighting diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and etc.
What we eat, getting the proper nutrition, and how we treat our bodies is a key element to being healthy.
Eliminating toxins in our life is another key to staying healthy, too.
Each Wednesday we will be using various methods (live demonstrations, PLANT BASED-VEGAN cooking classes, lectures, and discussions) to find NATURAL ways to increase and maintain a healthy immune system. We will zoom our classes as necessary. Zoom address is provided to attendees.
Come join our health education class. Anyone is welcome.
