NC is a community for people who want to refill their energy, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful, real-life connections with others through movement, mindfulness, and nature.

Events include walking forest trails, meditating in the park, enjoying a casual book chat, or simply breathing in fresh air together. Every gathering is designed to help you feel grounded, recharged, and joyfully present.

We believe movement is medicine, nature is therapy, and connection is essential.
