We start by singing "What a Wonderful World" (no great voice required — "I See Trees of Green" song sheets provided), followed by ball games, humming, grounding, sun exercises, hugging, and an in-depth thank-you healing meditation to honor Mother Nature, her elements, and all life big and small.

The idea of these free monthly meetups is to project fun, healing, and love both internally and externally — for you, for us, for Mother Nature.

Feel free to bring a mat or towel for comfortable grounding and meditation.
