Mindful Moments in Nature an Immersion
Details
Come join us at the beautiful Riparian Preserve in Gilbert for a relaxing and rejuvenating morning in nature. During our Mindful Moments session we will:
- Engage in gentle healing movement exercises
- Enjoy guided sensory awareness to relax and get in touch with nature
- Explore nature connection through a variety of mindful activities including a playful photo scavenger hunt which will help nurture positive emotions
- Allow nature to inspire our creativity
- Participate in thoughtful sharing and discussion about ways we can incorporate more nature connection into our daily lives
Important Reminders:
In order to enjoy our time in nature to the fullest, I recommend we be prepared with the following:
- A small backpack containing water, a snack (if needed), a towel for sitting or lying down, a cell phone or digital camera for photos
- Comfortable layered clothing to accommodate movement and temperature changes throughout the morning; good walking shoes
- An open mind and a sense of adventure
