This is the first session of Negotiation by Design — a live, practice-based workshop series for professionals serious about sharpening their negotiation skills.
Whether you're a leader, designer, founder, or just negotiation-curious, this 90-minute lab will give you hands-on exposure to the frameworks and mindset taught in Harvard Business Online’s Negotiation Mastery program.
In this session:
- Learn some fundamental frameworks: BATNA and ZOPA
- Explore how anchoring and framing shape negotiation outcomes
- Experience your own live negotiation simulation
- Participate in a structured debrief and tactical breakdown
