Hello, there! Welcome to Nerdy by Nature: The best place to hang out with your friendly neighborhood nerds in the Louisville/Southern Indiana area!

We are a group with a wide variety of interests, ranging from video games, board games, and anime to architecture and music. Whatever you like to nerd out on, I guarantee there's people in this group who would love to join you!

We plan on having events such as: arcade nights, architecture tours, board game days, dinners, and socials. We are an all-inclusive group for nerds of all types. No matter who you are or what you're into, we've got a place for you in our nerdy little family!

There are no fees required to join us. Simply bring yourself and come as you are. We can't wait to meet you :)

To make our group as fun, friendly, and safe as possible, we ask all members to follow three simple rules.

Rule #1: No harassment. Every member of this group has the right to feel safe and accepted. We will not tolerate threats, name-calling, unwanted advances, or any other action which causes someone to feel uncomfortable.

Rule #2: No discrimination/hate speech. All people, no matter their skin color, religious beliefs, lifestyle choices, gender identity, sexual orientation, etc are welcome in our group. We are all human, and we are all equal.

Rule #3: No political arguments. Friendly discussions about current events are fine. Heated arguments and fighting are not. If things are starting to lean towards the latter, then please drop the conversation.

All rule violations are subject to a "three strikes" rule. If a member breaks a rule, they will be given a warning. After two warnings, if any more rules are broken, the member will be removed from the group and banned from returning.

TLDR: Don't be a jerk. At the end of the day, we're here to make friends and have fun. Treat others as you wish to be treated.
