The event will bring together researchers from Charité and the NeuroCure Cluster of Excellence at all career stages who share an interest in translation, design thinking, and venture creation—creating an exceptional space for cross-disciplinary exchange.

Our audience will include Charité life science students and researchers involved in the SPARK-BIH program, focusing on Design Thinking and venture creation—making this an ideal opportunity for cross-disciplinary exchange.

Panelists

  • Dr. Valerie Masete – Founder of pHera, she created an AI-powered vaginal pH test and uses digital tools to tackle racial bias and the gender health gap in women’s health.
  • Dr. Matthew Betts – Neuroscientist and health tech consultant, expert in biomarkers for neurodegenerative diseases, founder of MJB Consulting, former academic PI.
  • Dr. Luka Nićin– Molecular biologist and venture capital investor with over 10 years in life sciences.
