Step inside the hidden doors of Etsu Izakaya for an intimate Chef’s Table Dining Experience - a one-of-a-kind Saturday night for people who appreciate great food, good company, and meaningful conversation.
This isn’t a casual dinner out - it’s an exclusive eight-person table featuring Etsu’s Omakase Set Menu ($115 pp), a curated tasting designed to be shared by the whole table.
You’ll enjoy direct insight from Etsu’s chefs as they introduce each course and share the story behind the ingredients, flavours, and techniques.
