What we’re about
We are a group who enjoy walking as a health enhancement as well as a way to connect with other like minded people. We meet most weeks at the John F Kennedy Arboretum near New Ross. We either walk a circuit of the park (around 1 hour/3 miles) or head over to Slievecoiltia & walk to the top of the mountain and back down which takes about 90 mins. The views of the surrounding countryside are spectacular. We also explore various other walking trails in Wexford/Waterford & Kilkenny, depending on time of year and weather.
After our walk we usually go for a coffee or lunch together. We are an easy going bunch of people. Everyone is welcome regardless of fitness.
