This month’s Music Creator Mental Health Support Group is about the perfection loop - how it starts, how it keeps us stuck, and how to break free without sacrificing your standards or your vision.

We’re diving into:

• How it masks fear, imposter syndrome, and the need for control
• Why “waiting until it’s ready” can become a creative cage
• How to create and release with more freedom and less fear
