Details

As creators, we juggle a lot...the writing, the recording, the mixes, the visuals, the rollout, the social content, the brand. It all matters, but sometimes the way we prioritize those tasks is less about progress and more about protection.

It’s easier to keep “working on it” than to face the risk of releasing it.

This month’s group is about looking honestly at what gets our time and energy. Are we staying busy with tweaks, plans, and strategies as a way to feel safe? Are we delaying the part that actually connects us - sharing the work?

In this group, we’ll reflect on:

  • How creators get stuck in process, whether that’s art, promotion, or business grind
  • Why it can feel safer to keep prioritizing “what’s next” over “what’s now”
  • What it costs us when release and connection never reach the top of the list
  • How we can support each other in shifting focus toward impact and visibility

This support group is a confidential, come-as-you-are space for music creators to talk about the pressures we carry, listen if that’s what we need, and find solidarity with others who understand.

This session is offered free to the public thanks to HOME – Helping Our Music Evolve and the Helping Music Foundation. If you’re able, consider making a donation to help keep these gatherings available to the creators who rely on them.
