Join us for a refreshing day of traditional Sivananda yoga, where you can reconnect with yourself, and explore simple practices that support both physical and mental well-being. Whether you're new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, this day is a beautiful opportunity to begin the year with intention and joy. Class and workshop are FREE!
Schedule:
10:30 – 11:30 AM — Yoga Asana Class (Appropriate to all levels)
11:30 – 12:00 PM — Introduction to Meditation & Holistic well-being
12:00 – 1:30 PM — Vegan Lunch (suggested donation $10)
Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat or a towel to place over a provided mat.
We warmly encourage you to join us.
