Erick has been a student of Lama Ole Nydah for Many years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with the Buddhist teachings and the Sangha. We are very much looking forward to spending some quality time with him, and would love you to join us.

The six Liberating Actions are teachings by the Buddha on how to work with the teachings to reach enlightenment. know as the path of the Buddhisatvas.
