Does Anxiety stop you from enjoying life to the full?
In this Meetup you get to understand anxiety and learn how to deal with it.
If you have anxiety you are not alone. I understand how difficult it can be to go to something new that you haven't been before and meet people you don't know.
I want to sway you to muster up your courage and come along to this Meetup, because it can be incredibly empowering to meet like-minded people that are dealing with similar issues, where you feel understood and supported.
But more to the point we will practise an evidence based self-help technique, (EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques) that helps to reduce stress and anxiety. So come along and experience it first hand and try it out. It is as simple as tapping on acupressure points on the head and upper body while focusing on the issue. What I like about this technique is that you can use it whenever you need it, wherever you are.

Our EFT Meetups are also a chance for seasoned tappers to practise EFT, share tapping experiences, and keep up to date with new developments in EFT.
Our aim is to do as much tapping as we can, so that you experience how EFT works and you get inspired to start using it yourself at home. Looking forward to seeing you at the Newcastle Health Collective, March 21. Meetup is upstairs.
