Creative Expression Art Classes - Saturday 18th March

Hi All,

It has been a long time since we have run the art group at the St. Joseph's Crypt and I am happy that we can start these classes up again.

Our theme for the 18th will be "inner knowing"

Let's put logic aside and take the opportunity of exploring creatively and imaginatively, our inner world and see what our "inner knowing" says to us.

I hope you will come and join us, for a couple of hours, to immerse yourself in your creativity and share time, connection and conversation with each other, as you explore your experience, through your imagery.

Paper will be provided, but please bring your own Oil Pastels and anything else that you feel you would like to work with. A box of 12 pastels is quite sufficient.

Draw yourself to happiness, as you draw, paint or collage your imagery, prompted by a led meditation and visualization.

If you would like to connect to your own wisdom and insights, other like minded souls, your creativity, work through challenging experiences, enjoy humour and laughter, or anything else that shows up, please come and join us.

Learn something new about yourself and take some new tools into your everyday life. Know that you are in a safe space to really explore your own inner landscape and gain joy out of your creative experience.

No artistic skills required, if you drew as a child, or finger painted in the sand or mud, that's all the experience you need.
