Join us for a Gentle Mindful Yoga on the NHCRS lawn - Yoga Qigong and Calming Breath Work with certified Yoga/QiGong instructor Ed Levitt. The primary focus of this practice is to foster a mind, body and spiritual awareness through self care.

During our sessions, he will share practical advice and encourage participants to continue their Yoga practice beyond the mat. The ultimate goal of this style of Yoga is to cultivate a heightened awareness of our connection to life.

Presented by the NHCRS Health & Wellness Ministry, which meets on the 4th Sunday of every month at 12:15 PM.
