Walk of Wisdom (Part 1 – Nijmegen to Beek)

Let’s enjoy a relaxed hike together from Nijmegen to Beek, walking the first stage of the famous Walk of Wisdom trail.

We’ll meet at Nijmegen Central Station, grab a coffee if anyone needs one, and then set off. The route takes us through the green hills, quiet forests, and beautiful viewpoints around Nijmegen before we end up in the village of Beek.

This isn’t a race — we’ll walk at a friendly pace, chat, take photos, and maybe stop along the way for snacks.

✨ Fun legend about the Walk of Wisdom

They say that once you’ve completed the entire Walk of Wisdom trail, a mysterious figure called Gandalf the Grey will appear and grant you the title of “the Wise.”

Can’t wait to get that upgrade and earn the title of Nemo the wise :)
