HERE ARE SOME GROUP GUIDELINES:

1. For safety of our members, a clear, visible, updated face photo of yourself (no picture of your pets or scenery as a profile picture) is required at all times while a member of our group. There are a lot of scammers and fake profiles on meetup, so it is to help us know who we are interacting with within our group.
2. No bullying, any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, comment, conversation, or rude manners towards organizers, event hosts or one another on the platform or off the platform at public event will not be permitted in our group. Everyone is expected to treat one another with respect as we are all adults. Leadership will remove if not followed.
3. Organizers and Event Hosts are not responsible for anyone's irresponsible behavior.
4. You are committed and understand to be reliable in your RSVP response by giving us at least 24-hour notice if you are not able to attend unless an emergency.
5. Please understand if there are three (3) no shows and you are signed up going without giving 24-hours notice when asked to confirm, you may be dismissed from the group. If inactive or no participation, you may also be dismissed from the group.
