We’ll start with grounding and simple guided exercises to relax the body, release tension, shake off the year and prepare for Christmas.

The second part focuses on the new year — reconnecting with what you truly want to embody, not as a list of resolutions, but as real, physical confidence and clarity.

To finish, we’ll celebrate with music, free dance, and laughter — leaving you open, energized, and ready for what’s next.
