The Smashing Expats are hosting a special Training Session for NEVOBO Competition Referees to get ready for the 2025/2026 indoor season. This is a great opportunity to learn, practice, and sharpen your referee skills in line with official NEVOBO competition standards.
📌 Event Details

• Date: Tuesday, 9 September 2025
• Time: Gym opens 19:50 | Warm-up starts 20:00 | Training until 22:00
• Location: Putseplein 20, Rotterdam (5 min walk from metro Maashaven)

⚡ What’s on the program?

• Arrive, change, and help set up the court
• 20-min warm-up
• Practical referee training and rule application in game situations
• Short practice matches with active refereeing
• Wrap-up & tidy up together at the end

💡 Practical info

• Please sign up via this meetup event or let Xiaoyu, Hazem, or Eleonora (the hosts) know directly if you are joining
• Referee coordination and training led by: Katarzyna
• Contribution: €5 if you are not in a NEVOBO team (payment link in comments)
• Participation if you are registered in a Smashing Expats NEVOBO team (seasonal fee applies)
• Only clean indoor shoes allowed
• Bring your own whistle if you have one (limited extras available)
