This is not a talk about ideas, philosophies, or beliefs. Instead, we engage in a living inquiry that points to our immediate experience of being here and now. Through simple guided investigation, attention turns away from imagination and conceptual thinking and rests in what is actually present.
Rather than accumulating knowledge, we explore the field of knowing itself the silent aware presence in which thoughts, sensations and experiences arise. This is a shared inquiry, not something to be achieved individually, but something revealed together through attentive listening, openness and stillness.

No prior experience is needed. Just a willingness to pause to look honestly and to stay with what is already here.
