To listen is to offer space. To listen is to put down the self for a moment and allow the other to be fully seen. When we listen like this, connection becomes possible. When we are truly heard, healing begins.

Join a weekly Zen meditation class where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner peace and train your mind to be present. You will receive practical teachings, personal guidance and the opportunity to meditate in a group.

Each session explores a new topic offering a space to reflect, deepen self-understanding and cultivate mindfulness, clarity and balance—both in meditation and in daily life.

Beginners will receive an introduction to meditation, while experienced practitioners can refine their practice and explore new insights.

Who is the “I” that must be right? Who is the “me” that feels attacked?

Conflict can easily pull us into reaction, but from a Zen perspective, it’s also a gate. A mirror. An invitation.

When we pause and turn toward the tension with mindfulness, we begin to see the mind’s old habits—defending, blaming, proving.
