Featured Guest – Jeanette Allom-Hill

Jeanette Allom-Hill is CEO of the Lionhearted Foundation and a true powerhouse with a deeply human story. She’s held senior roles at Optus, NBN Australia, and Microsoft – worked across all levels of government – and was Group Executive at Sunshine Coast Regional Council. In 2020, she received the Telstra Business Women’s Award for Public Sector and Academia. Her leadership is shaped by lived experience, including growing up in apartheid-era South Africa – now fuelling her passion for safer workplaces and leadership with heart.
