About us
### πΏ What Weβre About β Noosa Wellbeing Experiences
π βI started Noosa Wellbeing Experiences to bring together people who value wellness, spirituality and personal growth β while making the most of Noosaβs beautiful natural energy.β β Stacey McCray, Social Connector & Meetup Host
Noosa is a natural home for wellness β and this group is about experiencing it together. Over the past few years of living here, Iβve embraced everything from bush walks and beach meditations to conscious dance, cacao ceremonies, sound healing, breathwork, and relaxing retreats. Along the way, Iβve met incredible local facilitators and formed friendships with others seeking balance and meaning.
Noosa Wellbeing Experiences brings together a variety of events to support a healthy, connected life β including full moon gatherings, guided meditations, conscious movement, personal development workshops, and seasonal retreats. Events take place in and around Noosa β outdoors, in beautiful spaces, and always with a warm, welcoming vibe. πΈ
Whether youβre here to de-stress, deepen your practice, or meet like-minded souls, youβll feel right at home here. π« If you come across a local wellbeing event you think weβd love, please share it β weβre always open to discovering new experiences and facilitators. π
Yours in wellbeing & connection,
Stacey McCray
