### What We’re About – Noosa Wellbeing Experiences
Noosa is a natural home for wellness — and this group is about making the most of it together.
Over the past 4 years of living here, I’ve embraced everything from bush walks and beach meditations to conscious dance, cacao ceremonies, sound healing, breathwork, and relaxing retreats. Along the way, I’ve met amazing local facilitators and formed friendships with others also seeking balance and meaning.
Noosa Wellbeing Experiences brings together a variety of events to support a healthy, connected life — including full moon gatherings, guided meditations, conscious movement, personal development workshops, and seasonal retreats.
Events take place in and around Noosa — outdoors, in beautiful spaces, and always with a warm, welcoming vibe.

While our beloved founder Cassie is off exploring her own WildZen adventure overseas, Nikki and Stacey are keeping the Monday morning magic alive - albeit more Zen than Adventure!
We’ll meet at the Noosa Heads end of the Coastal Walk (not Sunshine Beach) - with a slightly later start time (7:00 AM) and a gentler route (no 220 stair climb!).***
✨ Walk Options:
After a warm round of self-introductions:- Join Nikki for the full walk to Hell’s Gate – about 5.4 km return
- Pause together at Dolphin Point to soak in the views and reflect
- Prefer a shorter stroll? Walk back with Stacey at a relaxed, social pace – about 2.4 km return
🌞 Afterwards:
We gather for Coaching Over Coffee, this week diving into a personal development topic based on interests of the group.This week **Nikki Ind **will be exploring the Six Basic Human Needs — a powerful framework for understanding what truly drives us. When one or more of these needs go unmet, it can show up as anxiety, depression, addiction, people-pleasing, or other patterns that leave us feeling stuck. This conversation will help you identify where your needs may be out of balance — and how to meet them in simple, healthy ways. Just by showing up, you’re already meeting two: Social connection and new experiences.

For our July sound event we are beyond excited to be collaborating with Harpist Hayley Erin.
Hayley’s passion for music started at the tender age of 7, learning to play both the piano and flute and it was at the age of 16 that she discovered the harp.
Hayley is a dedicated Yogi and has also studied at the Victorian College of the Arts. More recently she has also become a certified VibroAcoustic practitioner.
Now blending her skills as a harpist, vibrational healer & sound therapist, Hayley enjoys offering diverse opportunities on the Sunshine Coast to experience the deeply relaxing and transformative healing frequencies of the harp.
She facilitates intimate & large group Sound Alchemy Immersions for retreats and events and offers private healing sessions from her studio in Verrierdale. Your body, mind & spirit will be transformed into a state of true harmony, emerging from this experience re-calibrated with a deep sense of ease, grace and joy in your life. Plus you will receive the benefits of the 24 unit EE System simultaneously.
Tim and Tanya, both long time Noosa locals opened Quantum Healing Noosa in December 2022 having welcomed many hundreds of guests to experience the benefits of the Energy Enhancement System (or EES). Created over 25 years ago, the EE System utilises scalar waves to create a zero point or toroidal energy field, with bio photonics, the Schumann resonance and Fibonacci sequence all incorporated into this wonderful technology.
In simple terms think of it like a battery charger for the cells of your body. The energy that made the body heals the body, so in essence the EE system is providing hyper-healthy energy to enable the body to function at its optimum and get to work healing itself.
