This is a space for those who are reconnecting with self-love, reconnecting with their bodies and the divine feminine within. This is a space for those who are learning about energy, soul alignment and want to experience more magic in their lives.
No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome here. This is a safe space where your vulnerability is welcomed and your story can be shared and witnessed free of judgement.
My name is Therese. I'm a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound and Crystal Healing Facilitator and I'm deeply passionate about empowering women on their path towards truth, finding their voices, and finding peace in their bodies and hearts. If this is you, Welcome Home!
I have an intimate wellness space in North Mesa named Metanoia Toolbox. Metanoia is the journey of unlearning what no longer serves our highest self and shifting into soul alignment. And this space is intended to offer all the tools and experiences that can support a soul in their healing journey.
Metanoia Toolbox is a safe space, intended to feel like your bestie's house. A third space where you know you can show up as you are, at your best or your worst and you will always feel held, seen, understood and acknowledged. This is a space where we embrace each other's experiences and we accept each other where we are.

Please arrive a few minutes early. You are welcome to make yourself a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card. The sound bath is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome
Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions)
There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.

This class is designed as a counter-narrative to hustle, urgency, and the expectation that women must always be "strong". This sacred experience invited full-body softness, emotional release, and nervous system repair. Register for this event HERE.
