INCREDIBLE VIEWS TOWARDS THE LAKES & MORECAMBE BAY
Easy Paced Social, Sociable Wellness Walk/Meander from Pleasington, up to the Wainwright memorial & Billinge then down through Witton Woods then if we’ve time crossing the Country Park, to the Canal, before returning to Pleasington for a well deserved drink.
Very much a varied walk, but hoping we’ll be on good footpaths & tracks for the most part.
(wherever we go we’ll be back before 14:15)
Dogs: Well behaved dogs 1pp max 3 for group. Must remain under control throughout the walk. (roadside parking available nr railway station)
Do not use pub car park.
Dress for the weather, wear boots or decent walking shoes, bring water, lunch & a warm drink. Pack waterproofs, hat/gloves, spare sweater, fleece.
