Run info below, but FIRST:
Join us for FOOD DRIVE NOVEMBER: This November, Northwest Trail Runners is hosting a Food Drive to support the Sunshine Division and help fight food insecurity in our community.
Throughout the month, we’ll be collecting non-perishable food donations at our Tuesday and Saturday runs. Look for the donation barrel (provided by the Sunshine Division) at each run — every item makes a difference!
Requested items include:
- Canned meats
 - Peanut butter
 - Boxed dinners
 - Canned vegetables & fruits
 - Canned beans
 - Pasta sauce

Monetary donations are also welcome — checks can be made payable to Sunshine Division.
Let’s come together on the trails and offer to lend a hand to neighbors in need. Learn more about the Sunshine Division’s impact at sunshinedivision.org

Join us on Sunday, Nov 23rd @ 9am, for a run in Ecola State Park on the Coast. This run starts at the Ecola State Park North Trailhead at the southern edge of Seaside (Elmer Feldenheimer State Natural Area) , and climbs to several viewpoints along the rugged coastline, before dropping down to Cannon Beach.
The route posted is one way, so we we'll do some carpooling to get everyone to the starting point. We will park in Cannon Beach near the park entrance then carpool to Seaside for the run start.
**Note that the start and the finish are in different locations.**
Coastal weather can be very unpredictable any time of year, and November is no exception. Be prepared for wind, mud, and rain, and maybe sunshine.
As we get closer to the run date, we will discuss carpool options.
Afterwards, we will enjoy lunch in Cannon Beach and hopefully the weather is cooperative and Haystack Rock is in view!
