Weekday Furmeets October Furbowl: Halloween Spooktacular!

This meeting will be a little different from out usual round1 meet since we are collaborating with a round1 manager, Kyle, to invite more cosplayers to Round1. The goal is to invite more people so that it feels like a mini cosplay convention where furries and cosplayers can meet up and wear their cosplays. Since we’re not sure how many more people will be joining, we have made some changes to how we plan on running this meet. We plan on reverting to our regular style of meeting next month and continuing this on a quarterly basis if things go well.

Schedule:
There will be no set schedule for this meet besides at single group picture at our usual 9:00 or 9:30. The group could be too large to gather everyone to bowl at certain times. We still plan on doing things in order to the extent possible, but if we run out of lanes for example, then some people will need to form groups for karaoke, arcade gaming, etc.

Payments:
For this meet, we’ll leave payments to smaller groups just in case there are a lot more people and we can’t realistically take payments from everyone. This means that each group of 4-6 people will have one participant who reserves the lane for that group. Lanes cost $41.50 per hour after 12
pm on weekends, games cost $10, and shoes cost $4.50 ($2.50) with a military discount. Here are the calculations for how much to charge each member of different group sizes:

Price per game:
$14.50/person

Hourly price:
4 people: $14.88/person
5 people: $12.80/person
6 people: $11.41/person
