RSVP Here: https://www.meetup.com/hfxgamenight/events/311155634
It's December and the Holiday Season is here! Lets get together for an evening filled with fun, laughter, and a bit of friendly competition! Whether you’re a seasoned gamer or new to the scene, there’s a place for you at our table.
We have a couple of tables at the café for this event. Feel free to suggest your favorite game you would like to learn, or teach, with the group. Or just bring your enthusiasm for trying something new! 😀
Bonus points if you have any themed board games you want to introduce to the group; Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, Winter Solstice, Boxing Day, or any other holiday that is important to you 🎲
📣 RSVP Policy:
Please keep your RSVP up-to-date. Registration closes the day before at 5 PM.
If you need to cancel, please do so before the deadline to avoid being marked as a 'no-show.' This helps us manage the waitlist and ensure everyone has a fair chance to attend.
You can add an additional guest when you sign up—no surprise plus-ones at the door, please!
Please note that if your guest is a 'no-show', or either of your show up later than 30 minutes, then your attendance for the night will be recorded as a 'no-show' as that's the only way Meetup let's us keep track of attendance.
If spots remain unfilled, I’ll update our reservation with the café the day begins, so an accurate headcount is crucial.
Thank you for your help and understanding in advance! 😁
If you are not feeling well the day of the event, please direct message me and stay home. Please do not show up if you are not 100% healthy. In order to protect the group, if someone shows up coughing and sneezing, we do reserve the right to ask that the person goes home to take care of themselves. Thank you for your understanding in advance 😎
