Kincheloe to Hemlock- Bull Run Occoquan Trail (Rating: C)

This is a 8 mile route with approximately 700 ft elevation gain on the Bull Run Occoquan Trail beginning at the Kincheloe Soccer Park located at 8000 Kincheloe Road in Clifton VA. We will begin and end at the soccer park. The route is a lollipop. The route has some steep hills and parts of the route are very rocky, requiring good balance and sturdy hiking shoes or boots. The pace will be 2-2.5 mph. We will stop at Hemlock Park halfway through the route for an early lunch or snack. Please bring your food and water. There may be a porta potty at the trailhead but not guaranteed and there are no bathrooms along the hiking route.

Please arrive at 8:15 AM so that we can sign in and begin hiking at 8:30 AM.
