Ready to learn salsa from the ground up? Our Beginner Salsa Foundations program is designed specifically for adults with little to no experience who want to build a strong, confident foundation in salsa dancing.
In this 4-week series, you'll learn:

• Basic timing and rhythm – Understand the music and stay on beat
• Essential footwork – Master the core steps that form the building blocks of salsa
• Lead and follow technique – Learn how to connect with a partner and move together comfortably
• Body movement and posture – Improve your style and presence on the dance floor
• Intro to social dancing – Gain the confidence to take what you learn and use it in real social dance settings
