Join us at Kapiolani Park. We will begin with a meditation, followed by an introduction to our topic, journaling, and time to share your thoughts with the group.
Please bring a journal, pen, and something comfortable to sit on like a towel or beach chair. Chair is recommended as it can be uncomfortable to sit on the ground for an extended period of time. We look forward to seeing you there!
