Join us for a deeply nourishing candlelit experience where gentle Yin yoga postures and live crystal bowl sound healing weave together to calm the nervous system, release held tension, and invite profound rest.
Guided by Saman Alikhan, this candlelight Yin practice uses long-held, gentle postures to slowly open the body’s connective tissues, soothe the nervous system, and quiet the mind. Supported by the warm glow of candlelight, each shape invites stillness, reflection, and deep release.
Throughout the experience, Heather Dianne layers live crystal bowl sound healing, creating a continuous soundscape that supports emotional regulation, energetic balance, and deep relaxation. The harmonic vibrations of crystal bowls gently guide brainwaves into meditative states, allowing stress, tension, and mental chatter to dissolve.
Together, movement, breath, stillness, candlelight, and sound create a sanctuary for rest — an invitation to exhale fully, soften deeply, and gently return to your natural rhythm of ease and vitality.
