Science Conversations And Board Games At Game HQ

You are invited to an event, in which we will have conversations about science, and play board games, at Game HQ on Saturday November 15, 2025 from 1 pm to 5 pm. There is no cost to attend. Game HQ is a board game store, which has a large game room on the side, where anyone can play board games. Board games will be provided. These will be lighthearted, cheerful, carefree, laid back, merry, not-serious, not-do-or-die games, for the purpose of having fun, while we talk about science. Multi-player chess (up to 10 players on a 12x12 squares or 16x16 squares chessboard), Catan (and Catan expansions "Seafarers" and "Explorers & Pirates"), Plunder (a pirate game), and perhaps other board games will be provided. Game HQ also provides board games. And, you are welcome to bring your own board games. Don't worry, if you don't know how to play any of these board games. If you would like to play, then you will be taught. Game HQ is south of I-240, in the strip mall at the southeast corner of Western Avenue and SE 89th Street. The event will be in the Game HQ game room. There are many tables there. Our table will have a crystal ball.
