Wednesday Morning Paddle

We have started a Wednesday morning paddle!! Arrive at 9 am; the boat leaves the dock at 9:15. See you there, and Paddles Up!!
We have life vests (PFDs) and paddles, and cant wait to have you in the boat!!
After gearing up and boarding the boat, we paddle out for about 30 minutes, swap sides, and paddle back. Depending on the day, we may focus on drills, endurance, or other excercises that help us develop our teamwork.
