Once Upon a Meetup

Join us for an evening at Hollywood Studios and to see Fantasmic! Some people might be able to join earlier since it's a Friday, but if not, join us when you can! Loose agenda:

• Grab dinner/drinks at various quick service stops
• Ride some rides!
• Head up to the Fantasmic amphitheater around 7:45 to catch the 8:30 show - we can take turns grabbing snacks/drinks to bring back to our seats once we find a spot

Meet us in front of The Brown Derby on Sunset Blvd at 4pm! You can stick with the group or branch off and explore at your own pace. If you happen to be in the park earlier and want to meet us later, we'll keep you updated throughout the evening where we head to!

Let's have a fun afternoon at Disney Springs and collect 1 or more animals served in various drinks with a mini Safari Crawl! We'll also have some food and hang out along the water. Comment which animal you're targeting!

Prost! Let’s raise a glass and celebrate Oktoberfest Disney-style with a group dinner at Biergarten Restaurant in EPCOT’s Germany Pavilion!
You’re invited to join us for delicious German cuisine, live music, and communal tables in this charming, Bavarian-style setting.

⏰ Meet-up Options:

• Option 1: Want an afternoon at Epcot? Meet us at 4 PM at the front of the park — between Gateway Gifts and Spaceship Earth. We can walk around and ride some rides first.
• Option 2: Prefer to head straight to dinner? Meet us at Biergarten Restaurant in Germany (World Showcase) by 6:30 PM.

🍽️ Please arrive NO later than 6:30 to ensure everyone is present so we can check-in and be seated on time.
🎟️ Note: Valid EPCOT admission is required to attend this event.
✅ Please confirm your attendance in the app or send a quick message by 24 hours before the event so we can finalize the reservation with the right headcount. No problem if plans change, just let us know!
