The Three Refuges: Exploring that which supports us
Details
So often we think of ourselves as individuals separate from each other, but the Three Refuges of Buddhism (also called the Three Jewels) help us to situate ourselves and our meditation practice within a wide web of connection and recognise that which supports us. The start of the year is a good time to remind ourselves of the Three Refuges, so in this session we'll be exploring what they mean and how we see them feature and support us in our own lives.๐
๐ Time: Doors open at 7:15, and we start the session promptly at 7:30
๐ Location: We meet in the Wellington Friends Centre at the end of Moncrieff Street, up the steps and in the room to the right.
๐ป Unable to join us in person? The session will also be streamed on Zoom, meeting room number 919-527-2569. There's no passcode on the room, but you will need to be signed in with a Zoom account to join the meeting.
