Rituals have been part of human life for thousands of years, not just as expressions of faith but as powerful tools for focus, grounding, and emotional regulation. While we often think of rituals as being associated with religious practices, they can be a helpful way of enhancing secular meditation too. In this session, we will explore what elements of rituals the group has found helpful and how these can be thoughtfully adapted for secular meditation ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ
