Embodied Presence is pure and free of the hurt and pain that we carry in our human body-mind. At the same time, it is not separate from our human experience and is fully allowing it all. It is through aligning with this unconditional allowing that we are healed and embodied. Awakened presence makes it possible for us to meet our long-held emotional pain without resistance and thereby free it, which leads to physical, emotional and psychological healing as well as a more deeply embodied presence. This is how healing and awakening come together as a nondual process. When we make them separate, or spiritually bypass our wounding, we cannot fully heal.
Many of us need therapeutic skills in addition to awakening in order to build a capacity to be present with even our deepest pain so it can be transformed and released. As a nondual psychotherapist, Lynn Marie has training and experience that offers support for both.
