A simple, natural approach to meditation that gets you out of your head and into your heart. Learn how to connect to your Heart to feel healthier, calmer and joyful (the deepest form of happiness) without using any visualizations or serious techniques.
As you practice this Meditation more consistently, you will naturally feel calmer, happier and more connected. You will learn how to effortlessly let go of negativities that give you burdens and pressures so that you can enjoy the natural feelings from the heart more freely in daily life.

Open Heart 4 Everyone and Reiki Tummo Channeling - Cheshire Senior Center
Cheshire Senior Center, 240 Maple Avenue, Cheshire, CT, USJoin us for Open Heart 4 Everyone and Reiki Tummo group channeling by a Natural Way of Living Alumni. You will be guided to be more relaxed and heart centered with an Open Heart guiding, to be followed with a 15-20 minute group Reiki Tummo channeling, then Q&A. Chairs and mats (or bring your own) available for your comfort and for those who prefer to be on the floor to relax and receive during channeling.
Requirements:
Must be a member of the Cheshire Senior Center. Must be aged 55 and older. An ID and annual membership fee required to join Cheshire Senior Center (payable to the center). Pre-Registration required at the front desk. Limited to only 15 people. Free parking in rear. You can reach the center for membership and registration at 203-272-8286. Those who are interested in receiving a Reiki TUMMO session outside of the center can go to the following website: Healing Prayer with Reiki Tummo for Health and Spiritual Heart by Irmansyah Effendi This is a 1 hour program to help you become more heart centered and accept the healing prayer for calmness, peacefulness and happy feelings.
