Who are we?

Karen Walker from CultureSmart and Simone Outteridge from The Growth Trilogy have joined forces to bring you this group.

We are both coaches in the space of leadership and culture with many years of experience and we are both passionate about helping leaders and their teams create an environment where the mental health & wellbeing of everyone is held in as high regard as the teams results.

Together, we run workshops to help businesses develop their psychosocial covidsafe plans and optimise human performance using a unique model, appreciative inquiry and The Emotional Culture Deck.
