Step into the rhythm of New York-style Salsa often called "Mambo" or "Salsa on 2". This course will focus on musical understanding and timing, history of salsa, elements of mambo, and fundamentals of the dance, in both open footwork shines and partner dancing.
In this 50-minute class, you'll learn:

• Timing and rhythm unique to dancing "on 2"
• The basics and foundational footwork and partner connection
• Musical accents and body movement
• Progressive combinations that build each week

This course is perfect for those new to dancing or in the beginning of their dance journey with Salsa, for those who want to grow their skills with structured learning in a fun, supportive environment!
