The main channel for posting runs is the OH3 website. You can sign up to our mailing list to receive weekly e-mails about runs: OH3 e-mail list
We are running one time a week all year around. Winter time on Saturdays at 14:30 and summer time on Mondays at 18:30.
There are always 25-35 hashers on each run. Some hash-runs attracts more people. If you want to check it out, please show up to one of our runs. There is always a small fee to cover drinks food (70 NOK or 30 NOK without any food). Fee can be paid by Vipps #57276 just before the run or if you do not have vipps you can go to our webshop site and buy a registration: Registration run 70 NOK

Public transport All services run to Jernbanet then 5 minutes walk.
Drivers: Expensive parking houses close by.

RUN DETAILS
We are in the midst of the Lunar Calendar Celebrations known as Spring Festival in The Eastern parts of the World and so too The East of Oslo.
It's the Year of the Fire Horse so dress for inspiration.
It's a city trail so prams have paths and so do dogs but unfortunately no dogs allowed inside the Taiji Centre.
The entry to the building is like Fort Knox so a hasher will let you in from 2:08pm (call Madonna if you’re stuck outside) The lift will take you to the 8th floor for bag drop. (On after saunas available on 6th floor, use stairs, Hashers and Harriets separate).
Circle and on after soup will be served on the 8th floor, BYOB.
