This is a 54 km loop ride on paved surfaces. From Burnaby Lake we head northwest to Purebread Bakery where we stop for coffee. We next head to Canada Place then circle around Stanley Park to 2nd Beach where we stop at the Gazebo for lunch. After lunch we cross the Burrard St. Bridge and head south and east back to Burnaby Lake.
**Difficulty:** Moderate if you have been biking regularly.
**Distance:** 54 km
**Estimated Ride Time:** 5.5 hr.
**Bring:** snacks//water and **Pack a Lunch.**
**Meet Up Location:** Burnaby Rugby Club Parking lot , 3760 Sperling Ave, Burnaby.

**Please be aware**: all members and guests cycle at their own risk. We are not liable for any mishaps and we do not have any medical training. Please be responsible for yourself and follow all cycling rules and the leader’s directions.
**Please be sure** your bike is in good condition, tires are inflated and brakes are in good working order before arriving at the starting point. Carrying a Repair Kit and an extra inner tube is recommended. To help you to be seen and heard on the road, the following equipment is also recommended: a bell, flashing front and back lights or reflectors and a mirror.
**Our goal** is for you to enjoy your ride and have you arrive at the end safe, happy and satisfied with your leader as well as your outing.
