John Heintz nature trail 7-8 miles BRISK pace
Details
Brisk paced 7.5 to 8 mile walk at John Heintz refuge in Tinicum PA. No hills. Hiking boots or shoes recommended. Insect repellent recommended. Some shade.
There are outdoor bathrooms by the trailhead and observation tower. There is an outdoor water fountain by the Visitor Center Parking Lot.
We will explore the trails and have a quick 10 minute stop for lunch, then continue on.
This will be a quick pace with few stops. This is more of a fitness hike than a casual hike. Please know your limits. For insurance reasons, all participants must stay between leader and sweep.
No dogs.

All participants must be up to date OCSJ members.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to sign in, use bathroom and get a brief safety talk. I will leave on time.
If inclement weather, will cancel by 7am the morning of.
