John Heintz nature trail 7-8 miles BRISK pace

Brisk paced 7.5 to 8 mile walk at John Heintz refuge in Tinicum PA. No hills. Hiking boots or shoes recommended.

My husband Dan will be helping me navigate with this hike as he is very familiar with the area.

There are outdoor bathrooms by the trailhead and observation tower. There is an outdoor water fountain by the Visitor Center Parking Lot.

This will be a quick pace with few stops. This is more of a fitness hike than a casual hike.

No dogs.

All participants must be up to date OCSJ members.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to sign in, use bathroom and get a brief safety talk. I will leave on time.

If inclement weather, will cancel by 7am the morning of.

Look for a Toyota Rav red with Superbowl stickers. I will have 2 long blonde braids.
