Perrineville Lake contains beautiful, woodlands, natural/agricultural fields, and a picturesque lake on 1,272 acres in the heart of Millstone. There are over 12 miles of multi-use trails. This park was developed in the early 2000s..Many of this park's forests are young ,having grown out of agricultural land that was farmed until recently.
We begin on the Agress Trail and connect to the Lakeside Loop, which follows an old farm road.. We continue on the Midway Trail through wooded hills and agricultural fields. We continue on the Mine Hill Trail,( considered challenging) follows the forested hills of Perrineville Lake Park featuring a scenic overlook. Lunch spot will be at Pine Hill Road Parking Lot that has a porta-potty.
We finish on the Lakeside Loop with scenic views of Perrineville Lake.
