We’re growing fast.

Over 650 Oxfordshire locals have expressed interest in our events since our launch this month!

We’ve been featured on BBC Oxford Radio, BBC Online, and local TV.

Our website traffic has skyrocketed in the past week.

And we just soft-launched plans to break a world record.

But for what’s coming next… I can’t do it alone.

We are looking for a brilliant, creative, detail-oriented, socially-minded individual who wants to help lead us into our next chapter. Someone who sees the vision — and wants in.

This is an equity opportunity. A real seat at the table.

You don’t need startup experience — just:

• A love for people and community
• A desire to build something that matters
• Time, energy, and a commitment to co-lead this venture
• Confidence to shape our brand and voice
• The drive to help scale this movement across Oxfordshire and eventually the UK
• The skillset to help ensure that our events are safe and secure, particularly for women and non-binary people
